We provide project management support for communities and their projects. This support includes organizing and running community design workshops, events, and meetings; and providing oversight before and during design and construction.

What We Do
Connect with local and international NGOs in need of social spaces to support their mission
Build relationships with their constituents and engage them in outlining the project concept and provide technical support to the organization
Work collectively with the organization's community through a collaborative design process, which includes members of Boston’s design communities for all projects, and international design communities as relevant to the project location
Assist local organizations in grant writing, and use a community design process to develop project goals, aspirations and conceptual designs
Work alongside local craftspeople and contractors to build projects
Provide design opportunities for practitioners through the BSA and BSLA membership organizations
